The TTS Personnel, Inc., health insurance program has been designed to enhance your association and employment with us.

Our intention is to provide you with real and usable Group Benefits at a reasonable cost.

We want to demonstrate our genuine concern for you and your family's welfare and our appreciation for your valuable contribution.

We offer two Health Insurance programs.

Health Insurance for Short-Term Freelancers

Your coverage during each month is determined by the number of hours you worked in the previous month. The provider is Symetra Life Insurance Company.

Health Insurance for Long-Term Freelance Employees / XYZ Payroll, Inc.

We’re pleased to announce a comprehensive health insurance program for our long-term freelance employees. The health coverage is provided by Oxford Insurance Co. The plan is Freedom Metro EPO. (HMO).

It’s non-gated. So you don’t need to be referred by your primary physician, but you have to use doctors who accept this Oxford plan.

Vacation Benefits

You earn a vacation day for every 400 hours you work for TTS.

Ask us for a TTS Vacation Request Form.

All vacation time must be coordinated with the client you’re working for.

As an alternative, you can choose to receive an extra day of pay.

Referral Bonuses

We know that good people know good people. So we appreciate referrals by you of other candidates and we reward them. We have two rewarding programs.

Print Referral Bonus

After someone you refer to us registers with TTS and works 60 hours, we'll pay you a $150.00 bonus.

Web Referral Bonus

* After someone you refer registers with TTS and works 60 hours, we’ll pay you a $250.00 bonus.

* After he or she works 150 more hours, we’ll send you a second payment of $250.00.

* And after he or she works 1,000 hours for TTS, you'll receive a bonus payment of $500.00.

So you can earn up to $1,000.00 for referring just one Web candidate to us!

Direct Deposit

We offer direct deposit for all of our long-term freelancers.
